Consulation (15 mins, free)

A brief introductory call to discuss your needs and determine next steps.

Evaluation (60-75 mins)

Comprehensive assessment to identify challenges and create a tailored treatment plan.

Individual Therapy (30 mins, 45 mins or 60 mins)

Customized one-on-one sessions for children or adults, focused on meaningful progress.

Package 1

Sign up for six sessions at 1x/week and receive 10% off
$540 for six 30-minute sessions (usually $600)
$648 for six 45-minute sessions (usually $720)
$810 for six 1-hour sessions (usually $900)

Package 2

Sign up for six sessions at 2x/week and receive a discount
$180 for two 30-minute sessions per week = $540
$220 for two 45-minute sessions per week = $660
$280 for two 1-hour sessions per week= $840

Package 3

Sign up for 10 sessions at your preferred frequency. If you agree to sign up after consultation, you will receive a 10% discount

$1000 for ten 30-minute sessions or 10% off for $900
$1200 for ten 45-minute sessions or 10% off for $1080
$1500 for ten 1-hour sessions or 10% off for $1350

Payment Options

  • Private Pay only (cash, check or e-billing)

  • Superbills may be provided for out-of-network insurance reimbursement
    Please note that it is the client’s responsibility to ensure compensation can be received for therapeutic services from insurance provider

Travel Fee Policy

To ensure equitable service and compensate for extended travel, a travel fee will apply for clients located more than 10 miles from my primary service area.

  • 0–10 miles: No fee

  • 11–15 miles: $15

  • 16–20 miles: $20

  • 21–25 miles: $25

  • 26–30 miles: $30


    For distances over 30 miles, please contact me directly.

Policies & Additional Fees

Payment Policy

  • Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged in advance.

  • Accepted forms of payment include cash and checks.

  • A receipt or superbill can be provided upon request for insurance reimbursement.

Sick Policy

To protect the health of all clients and staff:

  • If you, your loved one, or your child is sick (e.g., fever, vomiting, contagious illness), please reschedule the session.

  • Sessions can be converted to virtual visits when appropriate.

Cancellation Policy

Your time and progress are important to me—and consistency is key in therapy.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a fee.

  • Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed without communication will incur a late cancellation/no-show fee.

  • Exceptions may be made for emergencies on a case-by-case basis.

Privacy & Confidentiality

All sessions are conducted with the utmost respect for your privacy and confidentiality, in accordance with HIPAA regulations. Your personal information and therapy progress will never be shared without your written consent.

Weather & Emergency Policy

  • In the case of severe weather or emergencies, sessions may be canceled or rescheduled without penalty.

  • I will communicate any changes as soon as possible and appreciate your flexibility.

Late Arrival Policy
(Teletherapy Sessions)

  • For teletherapy sessions, clients are expected to log in on time.

  • If a client is more than 10 minutes late without prior notice, the session may be shortened or canceled at the clinician’s discretion, and a late cancellation fee may apply.

  • Please ensure you're in a quiet, distraction-free space with a reliable internet connection to make the most of your session.
